Mudgeeraba is considered a “pretty village” skirting the fringes of the Gold Coast and sits patiently at the foot of the Gold Coast Hinterland. Old timers believe Mudgeeraba remains relatively untouched by tourism and this is one of its many charms.
Mudgeeraba’s essential character remains one of a nineteenth-century village and contains important evidence of its earlier form and building.
Most older houses are situated on large blocks, alongside much larger farming properties situated in the area.
